School District Leaders:
When behavior systems aren’t working, it impacts everything.
Staff feel overwhelmed and inconsistent
Students are removed from general education settings
Teams rely on reactive strategies instead of prevention
Behavior plans aren’t implemented with fidelity
This work focuses on building systems that actually function in real school environments. We partner with districts to build staff capacity through coaching, consultation, and trauma-informed behavior support—so systems improve and supports last.
From assessment to implementation support
Our support is designed to help schools and districts move beyond one-time training and short-term solutions toward consistent, sustainable practice. School Behavioral Consulting is led by Allison Mahoney, a former Special Education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We partner with school and district leaders to assess current implementation, identify the systems and conditions influencing staff practice, and determine where to focus improvement efforts first.
From there, we provide implementation support matched to your team’s needs and readiness, which may include professional development, leadership consultation, job-embedded coaching, implementation tools, and fidelity monitoring. Our goal is to strengthen internal capacity so school teams can provide effective, inclusive, and preventative behavioral support that lasts.
Outcomes you can expect from us include:
Increasing student access to general education
Reducing reliance on crisis response, isolation and restraint
Building preventative, function-based systems that work for your staff
Increasing staff confidence and consistency
