We are a BCBA-owned consulting practice that partners with schools across Washington to support students with challenging behavior. Our team brings deep expertise in special education and applied behavior analysis, grounded in real classroom experience.

School Staff Training and BCBA Consultation
Allison Mahoney, BCBA PLLC partners with school teams to build their capacity to effectively support students with challenging behaviors. Through evidence-based coaching and collaborative consultation, we empower staff to confidently implement positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) across all settings.
In addition to team-based coaching, we provide targeted BCBA consultation and training for individual students, classrooms, and school buildings in need of specialized support.

IEP Advocacy for Families
We partner with parents and guardians to expertly navigate the special education process and ensure your child’s rights are protected. We’ll help you understand evaluations, IEPs, and Behavior Intervention Plans, and support you in effectively advocating for your child’s right to a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) — all in a collaborative, non-adversarial manner.
